Conor Meehan and Michael Hanscom play Officers Lockstock and Barrel in Urinetown. The satirical musical will be presented by Andover High School's actors at the Collins Center for the Performing Arts during four performances, on Nov. 15-17 at 7:30 p.m. and on Nov. 18 at 2 p.m.
