Tickets are $15 general admission, $10 for seniors, and $5 for students.

The event will feature music originals and American popular standards with ECMP’s Artistic Director and flutist Michael Finegold, internationally renowned classical composer and jazz pianist Tom McKinley, Boston’s top bassist Bruce Gertz, and well -known jazz drummer Joe Hunt.

ECMP will continue its season with concerts on February 24, 2013 (snow date of Sunday, March 24) featuring pianist David Alan Pihl in recital and May 19, 2013, featuring internationally known clarinetist Richard Stoltzman and violinist Andrew Koji-Taylor.

Renowned Jewelry Expert Presents “Immortal Garden” Program at Andover Garden Club Membership Meeting

Description of Program:

Gloria Lieberman will trace the floral motifs used in jewelry design, spanning all periods and highlighting prominent retailers’ designs. A world-renowned expert on antique jewelry, Lieberman founded Skinner’s Fine Jewelry Department in 1980 and served as its director for 31 years.

Many Andover residents will know her from television appearances (the BBC’s The Great Antiques Hunt, the PBS series The Antiques Roadshow, and the Boston-based series Chronicle) and from her comments in such publications as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, Yankee Magazine, and Maine Antique Digest.

A frequent lecturer, Lieberman has participated in many educational seminars, including the University of Maine’s Antique Jewelry Seminar and New York University’s Jewelry Appraisers Conference in Tucson, Arizona; she has been invited to speak on behalf of the Society of Jewelry Historians at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Lieberman is a teacher and lecturer at Rhode Island School of Design’s (RISD) Decorative Arts program.
