Chicago auditions
Andover Community Theater will host auditions to join the cast of its production of Chicago on Feb. 9 and 10 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the First Church of Christ, 10 Church St., Bradford.
Call backs will be Feb. 11. Those interested are asked to dress in comfortable clothing and to bring a current photograph, a resume, and sheet music with a song from the show or in the style of the show.

"One Light, Many Candles" will be performed May 19 by the Rev. Betty Stookey and singer/songwriter Noel Paul Stookey, who was part of the folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary.
His name is Noel Paul, but he was known just as Paul when he helped form the folksy and popular trio "Peter, Paul and Mary" several decades ago.
These days, Noel Paul Stookey teams with his beloved wife, Betty, for a heartwarming spiritual tour that will come to Andover this Saturday night, May 19.
Andover Bookstore hosts many author visits, but rarely if ever has it hosted a boxer. That will change later this month.
Micky Ward, the boxer whose life inspired the Academy Award-winning movie The Fighter, will present his memoir "A Warrior's Heart" on Thursday, May 31 at 7 p.m.
Cultural programs in town have received a boost from the Andover Cultural Council, which has announced 15 grants for 2012, totaling $4,000.
The grants will support a variety of activities across the community, ranging from concerts, films, and dramatic poetry readings, to children's educational programs and special events for seniors.
