Works by local artists grabbed the spotlight at Atria Marland Place last Friday night, Jan. 11, as the Andover Artists Guild opened a new exhibit there.
The exhibit, “Celebrating Local Artists,” is hanging in the main area known as Main Street in the Atria senior living building. The show at Atria runs through Jan. 31.
At the event, residents mingled with the artists during the two-hour meet and greet. For over 30 years, the Andover Artists Guild has promoted the arts in Andover. Each year, it sponsors the popular Art in the Parkin downtown Andover.
