Classical Recital and "Mocktails": Thursday, June 24, 1 p.m. Join us for an afternoon of elegant music and merriment. Our afternoon will begin with a Russian music-inspired vocal recital, to be followed by refreshing summer drinks & sweets to enjoy in our outdoor patio and the Four Season's room. Community Garden Forum: Friday, June 25 at 1:30 p.m. Come join the discussion and learn about the community garden that is looking for attention on the corner of the ASC property. Seasonal vegetables are waiting to be planted along with ornamental flowers. We are looking for a project manager as well as willing hands to plant, water and weed. Please call to let us know you are planning to attend.

Meet the Author: June 29 at noon. $2. Bring your lunch and we provide the drinks and dessert. Enjoy this stop on the national tour of author Emily Winslow, as she informs us about "The Whole World", her debut mystery novel, set in historic Oxford, England.

Men's Outdoor Adventures: Wednesday, July 7 at 9:30 a.m. Lawrence Heritage State Park; Wednesday, July 21 at 9:30 a.m. Shawsheen River Reservation. Call for information and to register. All hikes free of charge.

Your Digital Camera and You: Monday, July 12 at 1:30 p.m., $10. Learn about all the ins and outs of your digital camera from maximizing your exposure successes to editing on the computer. Jack Holmes, professional photographer. All are welcome, pre-registration necessary. Under 60 and non-residents may register one week before class begins.

Four Seasons of Photography: July 19 and 26 at 1:30 p.m., $20. Begin a photograph journey that will span an entire year. Photograph in nature and then focus on editing and processing. Art exhibit at end of series.

SCRPT Tax Abatement announcement: All volunteers age 60 and over wishing to participate in the FY 2011 tax abatement program must submit an application form at the Andover Senior Center between June 1 and June 30 at 2 p.m. Each volunteer must also attend a mandatory information session, even if they have participated in prior years. Dates and times of meetings are available with application.

Shingles Vaccination Clinics: The Andover Health Department has temporarily suspended shingles vaccination clinics due to the manufacturer's delay in vaccine availability. The Health Department is currently accepting names to be placed on a wait list for the shingles vaccination. If you are interested in having your name added to the list, call the Health Department at 978-623-8295.
