Neil Fater wants the Andover Townsman to inform readers about the news and events that make Andover unique. He has won numerous New England Press Association awards for his reporting, editorial page, column writing, headlines and design of infographics. The Townsman was one of two weekly papers in New England to be named a 2008 Distinguished Newspaper by the New England Newspaper Association.
