Emma Keefe, an honor student, was recognized this spring with The Thompson English Prize for outstanding achievement. She sang with the a cappella group, On Air!, and took part in theater and dance productions. She played varsity lacrosse. field hockey and hockey and also ran cross-country this past fall. The daughter of Julie and John Keefe of Andover, she will attend Saint Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania.
Gregory Stern, an honor and high honor student, was a member of the school’s Model U.N. Club and wrote for the Spectrum. He pplayed golf, tennis, track, basketball, soccer and yoga. This spring, he was involved in a variety of service projects in Hawaii, which included helping with a reforestation program in Volcanoes National Park. The son of Linda and Fred Stern of Andover, he will attend the University of Delaware.
Jillian Thero, an honor and high honor student, served as a class representative to the student government and was a peer counselor her senior year. She was active in the theater, sang with the LA Singers and participated in the dance program and played several seasons of lacrosse and soccer. The daughter of Andrea Carlin of Andover and John Thero of Mystic, Conn., she will attend Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
