A gym of its own
Candle-filled bags lined the footprint of St. Augustine School's new 6,915-square-foot gymnasium earlier this month during a ceremony celebrating the Planning Board's approval of the project. The gym is scheduled to be built later this year.

Geography wiz: It's just a hobby
DUSTIN LUCA/File Photo Alistair McBrien, an 11-year-old fifth-grader at High Plain Elementary School, said he has read National Geographic most of his life. Although he doesn't consider geography a passion, he was swept up in a statewide geography bee, advancing to the state finals.

Students to spend spring vacation in China
