Friday, Aug. 9 — At 12:02 a.m., Matthew Dalimonte, 17, of 10 Mohawk Road, Andover, was arrested at his home and charged with assault and battery on a household member.
Starting at 3:19 a.m., police made two separate arrests involving individuals they later learned had a connection. Brittany Barbato, 23, of 1238 Ames Hill Drive, Tewksbury, was arrested at a store on Lowell Street and charged on a warrant. Then, Ashley Moore, 22, of 78 Valentine Road, Pittsfield, Penn., was arrested at Raytheon on Lowell Street and charged with trespassing, operating under the influence of liquor, having an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle and possession of a class B drug.
While police were speaking with Barbato, they were called by security at Raytheon and told that “a black Camry just breached the grounds and a female is outside one of the buildings screaming that she wants to be arrested.” Officers soon realized the two women had been communicating with each other via cellphone.
At 11:15 a.m., Nicholas Marasco, 28, 16 Beacon St., Haverhill, was arrested on Gould Road and charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed.
Saturday, Aug. 10 — At 12:39 p.m., Jobanne Mendez, 23, of 14 Kress St., Lawrence, was arrested on North Main Street and charged with driving a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
Sunday, Aug. 11 — At 11:21 a.m., Jeremy Beatty, 24, of 232 North Main St., Andover, was arrested on Main Street and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, July 30 — Police received two car-related theft reports on Haverhill Street. The first was a theft from a motor vehicle at 7:30 a.m. and the theft of a motor vehicle at 8:21 a.m.
