Friday, Aug. 2 — At 5:31 p.m., a theft was reported on North Main Street.
Wednesday, Aug. 7 — At 5:38 p.m., a theft of a canoe, believed to have taken place “sometime last week,” was reported on River Road.
Thursday, Aug. 8 — At 6:30 p.m., a bike was reported stolen in Elm Square.
Friday, Aug. 9 — At 10:44 a.m., packages were reported being stolen “on several occasions” on North Main Street.
At 11:30 a.m., clothes were reported stolen from a Beacon Street home.
At 11:50 a.m., a break into a work van was reported on Tessier Drive.
Saturday, Aug. 10 — At 9:57 a.m., a theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Mary Lou Lane.
Sunday, Aug. 11 — At 4:46 a.m., a theft was reported on Bartlet Street.
At 1:33 p.m., a driver’s license was reported stolen on River Road.
At 4:06 p.m., $89 in fuel was reported stolen from a North Main Street gas station.
At 4:25 p.m., shoplifting was reported on Main Street.
Monday, Aug. 5 — At 11:59 p.m., a Burton Farm Drive resident reported “his house was just egged and he believes the kids that are responsible for it bought them at CVS and that they may be on tape at the store.”
Wednesday, Aug. 7 — At 7:55 a.m., a Stouffer Circle resident called police to report that “she had words with somebody who was going through her trash making a mess.” Police didn’t take any action.
At 11:18 a.m., a 911 caller from Elm Street reported “a suspicious black duffel bag next to his (car) and he is concerned by it.” Police determined it was a “portable TV in a carrying case.”
At 12:37 p.m., a dog bite was reported on Bullfinch Circle.
At 12:45 p.m., police received a noise complaint on Chestnut Street regarding “the alarm sounding on a red Mini Cooper for the last two hours.”
