Thursday, Feb. 20 — At 12:11 p.m., Felix Jimenez, 30, of 290 Broadway St., Methuen, was arrested on River Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
Friday, Feb. 21 — At 8:28 a.m., Telvi Gomez, 36, of 237 Walnut St., Chelsea, was arrested on Main Street and charged with attaching the wrong plates to a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
At 10:30 a.m., David Marhefka, 50, of 3 Hillside Ave., Derry, N.H., was arrested on Lowell Street and charged with possession of a class B drug.
At 4 p.m., Rachael Saari, 19, of 239 County Road, Greenfield, N.H., was arrested on Lowell Street and charged with possession of a class A drug.
Saturday, Feb. 22 — At 8:41 p.m., Edwin Guzman, 36, of 54 Cambridge St., Lawrence, was arrested on River Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.
Sunday, Feb. 23 — At 10:28 p.m., Enrique Rosa, 34, of 45 Middlebury St., Lawrence, was arrested on Bullfinch Drive and charged with having an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and possession of a class B drug.
Wednesday, Feb. 19 — At 8:42 p.m., police were at the scene of a car stuck in a snowbank on Burnham Road when it was determined that the vehicle had no insurance. The vehicle was then towed from the scene and the driver was issued a court summons for allowing the operation of an uninsured vehicle.
Thursday, Feb. 20 — At 4:03 p.m., a caller on Main Street reported that “someone wrote ‘help’ on the window of (a) house.” The caller was concerned that somebody was in danger. Police responding to the scene determined there was “no emergency; it is believed to be a prank.”
