Saturday, Feb. 22 — At 11:27 p.m., police were called to Harold Parker Road after a caller asked for an officer “to check the front of the house because they hear noises outside by the driveway.” The caller called back moments later to report that “she looked out her window and it is two deer.”

Sunday, Feb. 23 — At 6:25 p.m., police received two 911 calls reporting gunshots heard in the area. Police checked the area and weren’t able to locate a cause.

ACCIDENTS

Saturday, Feb. 22 — At 7:39 a.m., police were called out to Central Street on a report of an accident involving a motor vehicle and a town-owned ambulance. While the ambulance was responding to a call and taking the corner at North Main and Central streets with lights flashing, another vehicle crossing Elm Square hit the ambulance’s front, driver-side corner. Damage between the two vehicles was more than $1,000 and the driver of the car, a North Andover resident, was not issued a court summons as a result of the accident, according to Heseltine.

Sunday, Feb. 23 — At 10:23 a.m., a hit-and-run crash involving a parked car was reported on Main Street.
