Reading Co-operative Bank recently hosted a Summertime Cocktail Party for the grand opening of its new Andover branch at 20 Central St.
Amy Finegold, owner of dresscode in Elm Square, was the winner of the $1,000 gift basket.
At its Summertime Cocktail Party, guests were served signature cocktails by Sterling Jackson Brown, professional mixologist from the Ritz Carlton in Boston. Attendees were invited to enter raffle for $1,000 in gift cards that were purchased from local retailers such as the Orange Leaf, Helen Thomas Simply Smashing, the Andover Golf Station, Dress Code, Casa Blanca, Palmers, Izzy’s Emporium, Brasserie 28, Sole Amour and Ultimate Perk.
The Reading Co-operative Charitable Foundation donated $5 dollars per attendee to the Lazarus House and will donate $50 per checking account opened through the end of August at the new Andover branch. “It was great to meet our neighbors and surrounding business owners in a social, festive setting. Despite the heat we had a nice turn-out and I have received very positive feedback from many people who came to visit us that evening,” Amy LaMarche, branch manager at Andover, said in a release.
Reading Co-operative Bank has seven full-service banking locations, in Andover, Burlington, Reading, North Reading, Woburn and two locations in Wilmington.
