---- — The following items were recorded in Andover police logs from Monday, July 8 to Sunday, July 14:
Tuesday, July 9 — At 2:09 p.m., Conception Cabrera, 48, of 83 West St., Lawrence, was arrested on River Road and charged with identity fraud. The arrest was conducted as a courtesy booking for the city of Gloucester.
Thursday, July 11 — At 12:44 a.m., Kaylynn Dyer, 24, of 63 Canal St., Nashua, N.H., was arrested on Minuteman Road and charged on a warrant.
Friday, July 12 — At 7:58 p.m., Jack Wilkie, 17, of 8 Knollcrest Drive, Andover, was arrested on Lowell Street and charged with operating under the influence of drugs.
Saturday, July 13 — At 1:54 p.m., Jeremiah Kelley, 39, of 367 Hanover St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested on River Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and possession of a class D drug.
Sunday, July 14 — At 4:04 p.m., Julianne Mangini, 24, of 16 Joseph Way, Reading, was arrested on Route 495 north and charged on a warrant. Moments later, Gordon Gilchrist, 27, also of 16 Joseph Way, Reading, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Monday, July 8 — At 7:32 p.m., a theft was reported on Shawsheen Road.
Friday, July 12 — At 9:58 a.m., a theft of tires from a motor vehicle was reported on Bullfinch Drive.
Monday, July 8 — At 12:35 a.m., trespassing was reported at a beach on Abbot Street after police were checking the area and found a fire. Three people believed to be responsible for the fire were ordered to put it out.
Tuesday, July 9 — At 7:40 a.m., vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported on Andover Street.
At 1:39 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on High Vale Lane.
Thursday, July 11 — At 3:15 a.m., police were called to Lowell Street after a caller reported “hearing some type of thumping noise outside her house.” Police spoke with a neighbor, who reported hearing nothing, and the officers also “found nothing wrong with the outside.”
At 2:25 p.m., police were called to Bartlet Street after a caller reported seeing “three kids sitting on the bench smoking out of a bong.” Three officers reported back that the kids “were smoking tobacco out of a hookah.”
At 5:05 p.m., an assault was reported on Chestnut Street.
At 9:46 p.m., police received a report of a car driving on Kathleen Drive “possibly shooting fireworks off from the vehicle.” A similar call involving firecrackers being thrown from a vehicle was reported on Pleasant Street at 10:38 p.m. No suspects were found in either incident.
Saturday, July 13 — At 7:25 a.m., an Osgood Street resident reported a neighbor “landscaping on his property” for the third time. Police spoke with the property owner and reported to the caller that the neighbor “will be removing the grass clippings from the property.”
At 3:39 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on Orchard Crossing.
Sunday, July 14 — At 11:57 a.m., police were called to Railroad Street by a railroad company employee who reported “four girls playing chicken with the train as it was going through Andover.” Police checked the tracks from the Horn Bridge at the end of Central Street to where the tracks pass under Route 28, but didn’t find anyone on the tracks.
Tuesday, July 9 — At 9:49 a.m., an accident was reported on Beacon Street. One car was towed from the scene.
Thursday, July 11 — At 11:28 a.m., a crash with personal injury was reported on Frontage Road. A car was towed.
At 7:57 p.m., a crash with personal injury was reported on Central Street. Two cars were towed.
Friday, July 12 — At 11:24 a.m., a crash involving a bicycle was reported on Osgood Street. One person was taken from the scene to an area hospital.
At 3:54 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Main Street.
Saturday, July 13 — At 5:44 a.m., an accident was reported on Abbot Street. One car was towed.
At 6:26 p.m., police were called to Route 125 in the area of Gould and Wildwood roads on a report of a vehicle off the road. State police reported Peter Silverio, 46, of Methuen, was killed in the accident.
Sunday, July 14 — At 8:42 a.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on River Road.
At 2:04 p.m., a two-car crash with minor injury was reported on River Road. One car was towed.
