---- — The following items were recorded in Andover police logs from Monday, July 15 to Sunday, July 21:

ARRESTS

Tuesday, July 16 — At 4:03 p.m., two people were arrested on School Street and charged with distribution of a class A drug and having a controlled substance in, on or near a school or playground. Arrested were Jose Gomez, 37, of 73 Cross St., Lawrence, and Freddy Abreu, 24, of 82 Bailey St., Lawrence.

Wednesday, July 17 — At 8:18 a.m., Samonn Som, 28, of 158 Westford St., Lowell, was arrested on River Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

At 1:22 p.m., Shane Scipione, 20, of 37 Marcia Road, Wilmington, was arrested on River Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for an operating under the influence conviction.

Friday, July 19 — At 9:33 a.m., Edward Frasca, 27, of 437 North Main St., Andover, was arrested at his home and charged on a warrant.

Sunday, July 21 — At 12:54 p.m., Hawraa Najam, 23, of 41 Mason St., Salem, was arrested on River Road and charged with assault and battery on a household member.

INCIDENTS

Monday, July 15 — At 7:21 a.m., an assault was reported on Memorial Circle.

At 11:21 a.m., a caller on North Main Street reported seeing a sun visor on a car windshield that had the words “NEED HELP CALL POLICE” on it. Police determined the wording was a prank.

Tuesday, July 16 — At 5:26 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on Harold Parker Road.

Wednesday, July 17 — At 6:22 a.m., vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported on Whittier Court.

At 8:22 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on High Street.

Thursday, July 18 — At 11:17 a.m., a caller on Spring Grove Road report “some bricks in the roadway.” Police went to the scene and removed the bricks.

At 5:47 p.m., police responded to Memorial Circle after a caller reported “a dispute with a neighbor over her son’s bird.”

Friday, July 19 — At 8:34 p.m., a dog bite was reported on Chandler Circle.

THEFTS

Monday, July 15 — At 11:46 a.m., a bottle of prescription medication was reported stolen from a home on Whispering Pines Drive.

At 6:48 p.m., an ATM card was reported stolen on North Main Street.

Thursday, July 18 — At 8:53 a.m., a theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Haverhill Street.

At 1:32 p.m., a theft was reported on Park Street.

ACCIDENTS

Monday, July 15 — At 1:19 p.m., an accident requiring two cars to be towed was reported on North Main Street.

Wednesday, July 17 — At 8:36 a.m., a one-car crash requiring a tow was reported on River Road.

At 9:56 a.m., a two-car crash requiring two tows was reported on Lowell Street.

At 2:45 p.m., a two-car crash with injury was reported on Main Street.

At 6:07 p.m., a two-car crash, requiring both cars to be towed, was reported on North Street.

Thursday, July 18 — At 9:51 a.m., a five-car crash was reported on North Main Street.

At 12:53 p.m., a crash was reported on River Road. Personal injury was reported.

At 3:21 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Union Street.
