At 9:31 p.m., police were called to Burton Farm Drive on a report of “what sounded like a man and woman yelling at each other,” with “one saying get out and the other saying no.” Police found “kids in a pool.”
Sunday, May 12 — At 12:09 a.m., police were called to Basswood Lane on a report of “someone driving around the area announcing on a bullhorn they are the Andover police.” Police couldn’t locate the vehicle.
At 9:08 a.m., police were called to Rattlesnake Hill Road on a report that someone broke into a house and “rearranged plants and placed dyes in his washing machine.” The caller was advised to come down to the station and fill out a form, but the caller “became agitated” and “stated he was done and will go to the attorney general.” The incident was categorized as a “disturbed person.”
At 11:03 a.m., a domestic incident was reported on Lowell Street.
At 4:03 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on College Circle.
At 11:08 p.m., a caller reported that “she has a baby squirrel in her bathroom and needs help.”
Monday, May 13 — At 12:54 p.m., a Morton Street resident reported a case of identity fraud.
At 2:42 p.m., a Whittier Street resident reported “a large raccoon that chased a woman down the road.” The caller “was concerned because the bus is about to drop off students in the area.” Police couldn’t find the animal.
At 4:32 p.m., a Dufton Road residence reported “a suspicious male who was knocking on the door asking to test the light switches in the house.”
Tuesday, May 7 — At 12:25 p.m., a one-car crash involving a car into a tree was reported on Osgood Street. The car was towed from the scene.
Wednesday, May 8 — At 1:57 p.m., a one-car crash was reported on Rattlesnake Hill Road. The car was towed from the scene.
Thursday, May 9 — At 11:59 a.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Central Street.
At 7:50 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Elm Street.
