ARRESTS

Tuesday, July 23 — At 1:18 p.m., Christopher Gordon, 36, of 6 Inman St., Lawrence, was arrested on North Main Street and charged with failing to signal and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

At 2:58 p.m., Raquel Amaro, 23, of 17 Holt St., Lawrence, was arrested on South Main Street and charged on a warrant.

At 9:54 p.m., Haisheng Lu, 50, of 62 Stevens St., Andover, was arrested on Dufton Road and charged with assault and battery on a household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Wednesday, July 24 — At 2:23 a.m., Mark Blanchette, 35, of 34 Union St., North Andover, was arrested on Summer Street and charged with a stop sign violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

At 6:41 a.m., Johnna Jean, 38, of 147 Haverhill St., Andover, was arrested on South Main Street and charged on a warrant.

At 6:46 p.m., Joseph Fitzgerald, 41, of 147 Butternut Lane, Methuen, was arrested on Union Street and charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Thursday, July 25 — At 11:08 a.m., police arrested two Manchester, N.H., residents on warrant charges at the Public Safety Center on North Main Street. Arrested were Jessica Soucy, 23, and Randall Joyner, 25, both of 55 Cleveland St., Manchester, N.H.

At 1:55 p.m., Victor Rivera, 30, of 47 Fourth Ave, Haverhill, was arrested on Osgood Street and charged on a warrant.

Friday, July 26 — At 11:28 p.m., Leonard Melvin, 59, of 105 Depot Road, Boxford, was arrested on North Main Street and charged on a warrant.

Saturday, July 27 — At 3:17 a.m., William Davila, 22, of 24B Summer St., Lawrence, was arrested on North Main Street and charged on a warrant.

Sunday, July 28 — At 3:34 p.m., Jack McKelliget, 23, of 7 Stratford Road, Andover, was arrested on North Main Street and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a household member.

BREAKS

Wednesday, July 24 — At 5:07 p.m., a house break was reported on North Main Street.

Sunday, July 28 — At 7:47 a.m., a house break was reported on Yale Road. Five hours later, at 12:18 p.m., a vehicle break was reported on Yale Road.

At 9:44 a.m., a break involving two vehicles, a tool shed and a barn was reported on Andover Street.

THEFTS

Wednesday, July 24 — At 7:15 p.m., a theft of a basketball pole, backboard and net was reported at a home on Glencove Road.

Friday, July 26 — At 10:24 a.m., a theft was reported on Starr Avenue.

Saturday, July 27 — At 2:34 p.m., shoplifting was reported on Barnard Street.

Sunday, July 28 — Starting at 5:54 a.m., police received two reports of thefts from a motor vehicle on Brechin Terrace.

At 8:20 a.m., a theft of a bicycle was reported at a home on Main Street.

INCIDENTS

Monday, July 22 — At 10:29 a.m., vandalism to a car was reported on Main Street.

Tuesday, July 23 — At 10:26 a.m., police responded to North Main Street after receiving “several calls for a gray Honda traveling the wrong way.” Police couldn’t find the vehicle.

Wednesday, July 24 — At 11:53 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on Memorial Circle.

Saturday, July 27 — At 12:33 p.m., a caller on Pine Street reported that “he was fixing up a punching bag and found small bags inside filled with a brown substance.” Police investigating the call determined “it was a weighted bag and the substance was sand.”

ACCIDENTS

Monday, July 22 — At 2:49 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Main Street.

At 8:57 p.m., a two-car crash was reported on Abbot Street; two cars were towed.

Tuesday, July 23 — At 9:01 a.m., a two-car crash was reported on Elm Street; one car was towed.

Thursday, July 25 — At 6:34 p.m., a two-car crash was reported on Railroad Street. Both cars were towed from the scene and an ambulance was called as a precaution due to airbag deployment. No injury was reported.

Friday, July 26 — At 8:02 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on River Road.
