Sunday, July 28 — At 7:47 a.m., a house break was reported on Yale Road. Five hours later, at 12:18 p.m., a vehicle break was reported on Yale Road.
At 9:44 a.m., a break involving two vehicles, a tool shed and a barn was reported on Andover Street.
Wednesday, July 24 — At 7:15 p.m., a theft of a basketball pole, backboard and net was reported at a home on Glencove Road.
Friday, July 26 — At 10:24 a.m., a theft was reported on Starr Avenue.
Saturday, July 27 — At 2:34 p.m., shoplifting was reported on Barnard Street.
Sunday, July 28 — Starting at 5:54 a.m., police received two reports of thefts from a motor vehicle on Brechin Terrace.
At 8:20 a.m., a theft of a bicycle was reported at a home on Main Street.
Monday, July 22 — At 10:29 a.m., vandalism to a car was reported on Main Street.
Tuesday, July 23 — At 10:26 a.m., police responded to North Main Street after receiving “several calls for a gray Honda traveling the wrong way.” Police couldn’t find the vehicle.
Wednesday, July 24 — At 11:53 p.m., a domestic incident was reported on Memorial Circle.
Saturday, July 27 — At 12:33 p.m., a caller on Pine Street reported that “he was fixing up a punching bag and found small bags inside filled with a brown substance.” Police investigating the call determined “it was a weighted bag and the substance was sand.”
Monday, July 22 — At 2:49 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on Main Street.
At 8:57 p.m., a two-car crash was reported on Abbot Street; two cars were towed.
Tuesday, July 23 — At 9:01 a.m., a two-car crash was reported on Elm Street; one car was towed.
Thursday, July 25 — At 6:34 p.m., a two-car crash was reported on Railroad Street. Both cars were towed from the scene and an ambulance was called as a precaution due to airbag deployment. No injury was reported.
Friday, July 26 — At 8:02 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported on River Road.
