Men’s Breakfast — Phillips Academy’s Peabody Museum: Friday, May 8, 8:30 a.m. Ryan Wheeler, director of the Phillips Academy Peabody Museum, one of the nation’s major repositories of Native American archaeological collections, will discuss the museum’s mission, collections and areas of public access and interest; $4.
Older Americans Month — 85-Plus Birthday Party: Wednesday, May 13, 2 to 3 p.m. Andover residents who are 85-plus are invited for a cake and ice cream party; transportation is available.
Container Gardening at Konjoian’s Greenhouses: Thursday, May 14, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Relieve stress and lift your spirits while soaking up some Vitamin D in the healing environment of the greenhouses. Staff will guide participants through material selection for their own container garden. Cost: $9 for container and soil, plus plants available at 25 percent discount for program; registration required by May 11.
