Andover — Alison Walbridge Hannan, 92, formerly of Wellesley and Dedham, Mass., and Buffalo, N.Y., passed away on Feb. 27, 2013.
She was the daughter of Alison Mann and George Walbridge of Buffalo, N.Y., and leaves behind her husband of 70 years, William Kelley Hannan; her sister, Emily Elford; and her three children, Alison Hannan Vaill (Lucy) of Andover, William Kelley Hannan, Jr. (Wick) of Langhorne, Pa., and Sarah Wells Hannan of York, Pa. She also had five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Throughout her lifetime Alison was very involved in community activities, including serving on the St. Andrew’s Altar Guild and as a member of The Dedham Exchange.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 79 Denton Road, in Wellesley, Mass. There will be a reception in the Parish Hall following the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to The Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA 01843.
