Epping, NH — passed away in Exeter Hospital. He was a Korean War veteran. A private military service will be held at the NH Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen, NH at a later time. Cecil enjoyed the outdoors, WWE wrestling, traveling and was a member of the VFW. He is survived by his children and other family members.
