CONSTITUTIONAL DISCUSSION: “The Constitution: What Does It Really Say?” will be offered on Thursdays, Jan. 17, 24, 31, and Feb. 7 and 14 at 1:30 p.m. each day, at a cost of $15. The senior center reports “Everyone talks about supporting the Constitution, but how many of us know what it actually says? What does it say about the powers of Congress, the president or the people? This course will look at the actual words of the Constitution and explore how Americans (and the Supreme Court) have decided what it means, as well as what it says, and how a document written in 1787 can still guide the country today.” Don Robb is the instructor.
