Two ready for Charles River race

The Andover Townsman

Shawn Burke and Ivy Krull of Andover have registered for the Charles River Watershed Association’s 31st annual Run of the Charles Canoe and Kayak Race. The race, which celebrates the ongoing improvements of the Charles River, draws approximately 1,500 paddlers and thousands of spectators.

Burke is entered in the masters category of the 19-mile race. Krull is entered in the women category of the 24-mile race.
