The Andover public schools’ special education programs fail to adequately instruct special needs children, some parents believe. “There are lots of changes that can be made to improve special education in Andover,” stated Patricia Pakos, head of the Special Education Parents Action Committee and a member of Chapter 766 study committee.
Real estate property sales rose five percent during the third quarter over a year ago, according to data compiled through realtor-affiliated Multiple Listings Services in Massachusetts. There were 13,843 properties sold for the period in 1987 compared to 13,197 in 1986.
The average price of property sold in Massachusetts was up 13 percent over last year.
