Andover’s programs geared for baby boomers, BoomerVenture Campus, is expanding this month. Residents can get an idea of these programs at an open house tonight, Thursday, Sept. 13 at 6 p.m., held on the bottom floor of the School Administration Building at 30 Whittier Court.

The open house will include class demonstrationss, food, chair massages, the launch of a free movie series and a chance to register for programs.

Fall programs will include:

BoomerVenture Screening Room: BoomerVenture independent movie series begins Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m. with “Salmon Fishing in the Yemen.” Movies will be listed at boomerventure.com.

Energize With Exercise: Mondays through Nov. 5 at 3:30 p.m. OR Thursdays, Sept. 13 to Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. $50. Great aerobic, weight training and stretching workout.

Zumba: Thursdays, Sept. 13 to Nov. 15 at 3:30 p.m. $50. Cardio fitness with a Latin flair plus Afro-Caribbean, flamenco, belly dance, rock and hip hop.

Tai chi and Qigong: Thursdays, Sept. 13 to Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. $45. Beginner’s class.

Boomer Bridge—Let’s Play

Beginners: Mondays, Sept. 10 to Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. $129. Learn to play at lessons featuring discussion plus playing.

Convention Corner: Mondays, Sept. 10 to Nov. 5 at 1:30 p.m. $140. Learn seven conventions social and duplicate players can’t live without. One new convention weekly.

Planning for Medicare: Countdown to 65 on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. Free. Come find out when and how to enroll.

Organizing Office, Home, and Life: Thursday, Oct. 11, 18 and 25 at 7 p.m. $10 each or $25 for all three classes taught by professional organizer Susan Walko.

Jewelry-Making Workshop: Thursday, Nov. 8 at 6:30. $18. Learn the basics; beads, tools and wire provided; taught by artist and sculptor Georgia Renfroe.
