Crafts in the Park: Sunshine, crafts draw crowd

With glorious weather, scores of shoppers enjoyed last Saturday's Crafts in the Park event, held outdoors. About 125 vendors took part.

"I would say we had a great outcome and a big crowd. Surely the biggest in a while. The vendors were all very happy and successful. Everyone seemed to do well," organizer Petra Collins said in an email. -
Community cheers Citizens Who Care
Angela and Jim Alex were greeted by a standing ovation as they came to the stage at the Rotary Club of Andover's Citizens Who Care gala. Joining his parents, their son Charlie, was overheard saying, "Honestly, this is overwhelming."

Andover High Baccalaureate Service encourages participation from seniors
The Andover High School Baccalaureate Service was started over 30 years ago by a group of people who felt strongly about helping young people connect with and appreciate their gift of faith. This year the service will be held on Sunday, June 3 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Free Christian Church on Elm Street.
