Eric Pellerin, an English teacher at Andover High School, reads his poem "Real People, Book People" at the Robert Frost Foundation's Andover High Poetry Night in March.

Poetry lovers who missed the fourth annual Robert Frost Foundation’s An Evening of Poetry featuring Andover High School teachers and students last month at Café Azteca in Lawrence have another chance to wax poetic.

The Poetry Night will be shown this month on Andover Cable Access Comcast Channel 8 and Verizon Channel 47.

Presented by Robert Frost Foundation Executive Director Mark Schorr and hosted by former AHS teacher Harry J. Durso, the Café Azteca event was part of The Frost Foundation’s monthly Poetry Hoot Series.

The program also featured several noted Merrimack Valley poets.

Participating Andover High students included seniors Ashika Shah, Shivani Shah, Peter McGinn, Douglas Lewis, Matt Byrne, Liza Therkelgen, Sean Duggan, George Zhou, Adra Davenport, Ellie Denison and Mia Gominho; juniors Jeremy Partyka and Jonathan Tetrault; and freshman Hannah Muhlfelder. Methuen High School student poet senior James Lambert also participated.

Andover High teachers Greg Waters and Eric Pellerin, who co-produced the event, and Bill Hecht contributed a poetic flair as well.

The event was sponsored by Don’s Auto Care of Lawrence and the videography was co-sponsored by Joe Spanos Productions.
