Here's what is for lunch in the Andover public schools next week, Oct. 18-22:

Elementary schools

Monday: Baked french toast sticks with blueberries and cream, colby cheese omelet, grilled cheese quesadilla, red bliss home fries, chilled peaches and juice.

Tuesday: No Lunch - Early Release

Wednesday: Macaroni and cheese, dinner roll, meatball sub, turkey bit roll up, roasted butternut, broccoli and dip and fresh pears.

Thursday: Chicken breast nuggets, bread stick, greek salad, yogurt parfait and graham crackers, mashed potatoes, fresh steamed veggies and fruit.

Friday: Cheese, pepperoni or veggie pizza, with caesar salad and apple crisp with topping.

Middle schools

Monday: Crispy chicken on a roll with lettuce and tomato, deluxe bacon burger, manager's choice, oven baked fries, veggie sticks and dip and fruit cup.

Tuesday: Soup and 1/2 wrap with pretzels, roast turkey and dinner roll, yogurt and soft pretzel, mashed potatoes, seasoned veggies, cranberry sauce and fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Chicken parmesan and side of pasta with bread stick, mozzarella cheese sticks and side of marinara, caesar salad, mixed veggies and fruit salad.

Thursday: Meatball calzone, veggie calzone, steak and cheese calzone, roasted green beans and fresh fruit.

Friday: Chicken rice bowl, bread stick, sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, ravioli with sauce, garlic bread, garden salad and fresh fruit.

Andover High School

Monday: Pasta bar with side of meatballs or chicken parmesan, garlic bread, caesar salad, double burger with lettuce and tomato, grilled cheese panini, sweet potato fries, veggie sticks with dip, chicken caesar salad wrap, fruit and milk.

Tuesday: Nachos with beef or chicken, spanish rice, corn, jumbo hotdog, steak and cheese, oven roasted red bliss, veggies, BLT turkey wrap, fruit and milk.

Wednesday: Chicken scampi, bread stick, steamed broccoli, turkey and cheese panini, veggie burger, pasta salad, buffalo chicken sandwich, blueberry crisp with topping, juice and milk.

Thursday: Macaroni and cheese, steamed veggies, dinner roll, chicken teriyaki wrap or sub, pastrami on a bulky roll, soup, cole slaw, turkey salad wrap, jello with topping, fruit and milk.

Friday: Roast chicken, mashed red bliss potatoes with garlic, zucchini, roll, baked ham-and-cheese quesadillas, chili beef sub with cheese, soup, oven fries, fruit and milk.

Also available a la carte daily at the elementary and middle schools: bottled water and 100 percent juice, low-fat ice cream and yogurt, bagel with light cream cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit of the season and milk. At Andover High School there is a wrap/deli bar with sandwiches made to order with favorite toppings, plus a daily sandwich offering, daily specials, and panini specials.
