South Church and the 375th Committee are hosting a 2-night witch event at Oak and Iron Brewing at 7 p.m. Oct. 12 and 13.

The church’s historian Char Lyons will talk about the local impact, consequences, and fallout from the Salem Witch trials in Andover and North Andover between 1692 and 1711, and how the trials shaped the Andovers for future generations.

The event costs $5. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the presentation starts at 7 p.m. Reservations will only be held until 6:45 p.m. Attendees must be 16 or older.
