The Kids Learn to Sing vocal program sponsored by the Young Opera Company of New England is offering an additional class for spring of 2012.
The company says the Monday program met with such huge success that it is offering a Tuesday afternoon class as well. Both sessions will meet from 4 to 4:45 p.m. with a $60 participation fee, and a small performance fee to cover the cost of an accompanist.
Families who have a child 6 to 9 years of age who loves to sing will find this program "ideal for helping your child find his or her voice as they learn to love the arts and music," according to a release from founder and Artistic Director Marie Stultz.
For more information or to enroll contact Stultz at 978-664-4705 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The program resumes on Monday, Feb. 6 or Tuesday Feb. 7. The program will culminate with a 3 p.m. concert on Sunday, April 15 at the senior center in North Reading. The concert is free and open to the public.
