Although this unique race isn't until Friday, June 22, early registration ends tomorrow, Friday, June 15. Andover art in Boston
Andover artist Pat Keck is showing her work at the Genovese/Sullivan Gallery in Boston, which is run by Andover residents David Sullivan and Camellia Genovese. Keck's icons of human compulsion sculptures, alongside the art of Bert Antonio, will be at the gallery through Saturday, June 30. The gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30 to 5:30 and is at 450 Harrison Ave, Suite 47 in Boston. For more, call 617-426-9738. Admission is free.
Get a kick out of camp
Students entering grades 6 through 9 who are seriously interested in enhancing their soccer skills should check out the Andover Department of Community Services Boys and Girls Soccer School from Tuesday, June 19, through Friday, June 22. Coach Dick Loschi will teach the program, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sanborn Elementary School in Andover. Fee is $120 and there is a limit of 45 students. Contact 978-623-8277.
