Andover Health Department Director Tom Carbone said 97 doses of the H1N1 flu shot were administered at the flu clinic in Andover on Monday, Nov. 23. Medical professionals, new moms and spouses, babies younger than 6 months and pregnant women received the shot.

Next up are students in Andover public schools. Carbone said more vaccine is available and he is meeting with school officials to determine which students will be first to get the vaccine. Most likely, students in middle schools and Andover High School will be the first to get the H1N1 flu shot, Carbone said, noting that shots will be most likely given out one grade at a time.
