An America Recycle event will happen at Whole Foods Market in Andover on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 1 to 6 p.m.

The event will be in the store's parking lot, 40 Railroad St.

Whole Foods Market Andover is sponsoring this free event in partnership with M&K Recovery, Epilepsy Foundation, and volunteers from the local community.

The event will accept electronics (computers, laptops, printers, tablets, cell phones, keyboards, cabling, cameras, stereos, but no televisions, air conditioners or monitors). Also collected will be batteries (all types – from auto to alkaline as long as they are intact and not bulging or leaking), fluorescent light bulbs (cfls, tubes – residential only with a limit of six and no incandescent or LEDs), ink jets and laser cartridges, clothing/textiles and LEGOs.

Also collected will be linens (sheets, comforters, towels, blankets, quilts, curtains); bakeware and related item such as dishes, plates, glasses, blenders, toasters and countertop microwaves; games, action figures and dolls; sporting goods; toy cars and trucks without batteries; jewelry; books; CDs, DVDs and  video games; and winter coats, hats and mittens. Items must be clean.
