It's time for students and their parents to turn their attention to plans for college.
For many local students, the process of finding the right school will be made easier — the colleges are coming to them.
The annual Phillips Academy summer session College Fair happens Thursday, July 18 at 6 p.m.
Representatives from more than 100 schools from across the country will meet with students and parents as they begin the college search process.
The free event will be held until 7:30 p.m. in the Case Memorial Cage located near the Borden Gym on the Phillips Academy campus, 180 Main St. Andover.
Co-sponsored by the Math and Science for Minority Students Program, the fair provides an opportunity for students and their families to familiarize themselves with a wide range of colleges and universities of various sizes, geographic locations and programs of study.
College representatives will meet with students and parents, distribute literature and answer questions.
