Brides Across America, the non-profit organization that benefits American troops by making wedding dreams come to reality through special events and bridal attire gifts, is partnering with Vera Wang.

Vera Wang will welcome 10 winning military and first-responder couples for private appointments at the Vera Wang headquarters in New York City in October.

The chosen couples will be offered a bridal experience that includes a Vera Wang wedding gown for the bride and a BLACK by Vera Wang tuxedo for the groom. They will also offer attire for the bridal parties.

Entry submissions are being accepted. To qualify, applicants must be active members of the military or first responders, or active within the last five years. Applicants will fill out an entry form, including personal stories and photographs together. Applications can be submitted at www.bridesacrossamerica.com/events/landing/vera-wang-vip-bridal-experience.

“To those that give so much, it is a privilege to help make their dreams come true," Wang said.

Brides Across America has a headquarters in Andover.

The partners included in the initiative, which comes around the 30th anniversary of the Vera Wang brand, include: Wedding bands from Zales Jewelers; bridesmaid and groomsmen attire from David’s Bridal & Men’s Wearhouse; invitations from Crane; dinnerware from Wedgwood; towels from Kohl’s; bedding from Revman International; fragrance from Coty; and eyewear from Kenmark Eyewear.

One couple will also be chosen for a personal fitting with Wang.
