Deer Hit by Vehicle: Multiple callers reported a deer was hit by a vehicle, Lowell Street, 8:07 a.m.
MONDAY, June 15
Hit-and-Run: A caller reported that a silver Sedan struck his parked car, York Street, 7:16 p.m.
Suspicious Activity: A caller reported a suspicious male in his 30s who's about 5’ tall standing next to a fence along a highway. An officer spoke to the man who said he ran out of gas, got some from his friend and is now on his way, Cornell Road, 5:18 p.m.
Scam: A caller reported an email scam he received at work that he ended up wiring money to, Connector Road, 12:12 p.m.
SUNDAY, June 14
Well Being Check: A caller reported that a man who appeared to be homeless made harassing and suicidal statements. An officer reported to the scene and was given a voluntary psychological evaluation, Andover Street, 4:13 p.m.
Animal Complaint: A caller reported a duck stuck in the storm drain in front of Anton’s Cleaners. An officer reports the duck went into the drain by choice, North Main Street, 4:58 p.m.
Larceny from Motor Vehicle: A walk in reported that his watch was stolen from his car yesterday, Morton Street, 2:40 p.m.
Crash-Personal Injury: A caller reported a motor vehicle crash with injuries, North Street, 2:05 a.m.
SATURDAY, June 13
Suspicious Activity: A 911 caller from 125 River Road reported kids setting off fireworks in the parking lot of the commercial building behind the Mobil Station. An officer checked the area and found nothing, River Road, 10:42 p.m.
Assist Other Agency: 911 call for a female in Methuen at a Dunkins’ on Route 110 who is stuck in the bathroom, the caller was transferred to Methuen, City of Methuen, 6:53 p.m.
Suspicious Activity: A caller reported threats in graffiti on the walls, River Road, 4:20 p.m.
FRIDAY, June 12
Crash: Multiple callers reported a car accident where an airbag was deployed and one of the operators was outside walking around. One person was transported to Lawrence General Hospital and a car was towed, Tewksbury Street, 6:12 p.m.
Deer Hit by Motor Vehicle: A caller reported that he hit a deer while driving, then pulled over on Prospect Road. The car was towed from the scene, Route 125 Prospect/Salem, 6:14 p.m.
Fraud/Bad Check: A walk-in reported that someone she knew is hacking into her phone, listening to her calls and controlling her phone, Railroad Street, 2:13 p.m.
Crash: There was a two-car crash that resulted in no injuries, North Main Street, 1:09 p.m.
THURSDAY, June 11
Larceny from Motor Vehicle: A caller reports his golf clubs were stolen from his car, Agawam Lane, 8:57 p.m.
Disorderly Person/Disturbance: A CVS employee called 911 to report a disgruntled customer – who happened to be a white woman in her 50s – walking around the store, refusing to wear a mask. Officers report she purchased a mask, made her final purchase and is on her way, Main Street, 10:44 p.m.
Animal Complaint: A caller reported he was bit by a kitten while doing construction, High Plain Road, 3:00 p.m.
Vandalism: A caller reported that his vehicle was egged the night before, Shattuck Road, 9:03 a.m.
Littering: A caller reported that someone in a blue four-door Sedan threw out some drug paraphernalia that then smashed onto the roadway. The officer reports that it was, in fact, a smashed pipe, and picked up most of the glass before notifying the Highway Department, Chestnut Street, 9:18 a.m.
