Dog Complaint: Caller reports a dog has been barking for 45 minutes. Officer reports the caller was advised to close their windows. The dog has been taken care of, Karlton Circle, 2:27 a.m.

Reported Death: A 62-year-old woman died while unattended, detective advised, Topping Road, 2:33 a.m.

Stuck Railroad Gates: Caller reported the railroad gates keep going up and down without a train. The railroad gate company was notified. An officer reports the gates are working properly, Lowell Junction Road, 8:54 a.m.

Trespassing: Construction company for the Robert Drive Condos reports that a homeless person has been on their jobsite overnight. An officer reports that advice was given, Beacon Street, 11:02 a.m.

Trespassing: A caller reports his ex is in the driveway and will not leave, Rocky Hill Road, 4:14 p.m.


Downed Wires: A 911 caller reports that a tree came down and took out wires around it. National Grid was notified and responded. The DPW put up some barricades. An officer reports that National Grid is on scene and the DPW has blocked the road, Glenwood Road, 6:36 a.m.

Downed Wires: A 911 caller reported low hanging wires in the area. National Grid was notified, Porter Road, 8:16 a.m.

Service Request: A tree was down taking lane of traffic. National Grid notified, School Street, 8:27 a.m.

Identity Fraud: A woman came into the station reporting identity fraud, Colonial Drive, 5:14 p.m.


Motor Vehicle Stop: Written warning, speed, North Main Street, 11:12 a.m.

Verbal Warning: An officer gave the driver of a vehicle with New York plates JNV5549/NY a verbal warning for aggressive operation after a caller reported the car driving erratically, passing the double lines at high speeds, North Main Street, 11:50 a.m.

Identity Fraud: A caller reports someone used her name in an unemployment scam, Stone Post Road, 4:55 p.m.

Verbal Warning: Verbal - red light, River Road, 6:26 p.m.

FRIDAY, Oct. 2

Assist Other Agency: Wilmington Police report that a person with a white van has been going through their dumpsters at 240 Ballardvale St., Wilmington. Called back reporting that they located the vehicle in their town, Town of Wilmington, 2:37 a.m.

Crash Plate Numbers: A caller reported a two-car crash with no injures. The tow company Elm Street was notified and vehicles with plate numbers 556KF5/MA and BR619/MA were entered into the tow log, Dascomb Road, 5:24 a.m.

Identity Fraud: A walk-in reported unemployment fraud. Officer to file, Jenkins Road, 9:22 a.m.

Crash Plate Numbers: There was a two-car crash with no injures reported with vehicles having plate numbers 9EJ138 and 846JK3, Haverhill Street, 9:44 a.m.

Warrant Arrest: Christian Chagnon, 46, of Chicopee was arrested on a foreign warrant, River Road, 1:40 p.m.


Service Request: Upside-down traffic light reported, facilities notified, North Main Street, 9:49 a.m.

Suspicious Activity: A caller reported a white male wearing glasses, a Yankees hat and a Nike backpack approached him asking if he would like to buy marijuana or dope, River Road, 12:48 p.m.

Larceny: There was an online report of a political sign stolen from a yard last night, Porter Road, 3:49 p.m.

Assault: A 911 call came in from an employee at the Mobile station who said that two men came into the store attempting to buy cigarettes, they refused to provide him with an ID and they began giving him a hard time and throwing items around the store. The employee reports that they left in a red car with New York plates HIP1548. A BOLO was given out over the NW district for the vehicle, River Road, 6:47 p.m.

SUNDAY, Oct. 4

Dog Complaint: Verbal warning for leash law violation, Blamoral Street, 10:58 a.m.

Vandalism to Mailbox: A caller reports that someone hit his mailbox last night. An officer reports that two other mailboxes on the street are damaged as well, Wyncrest Circle, 12:15 p.m.

Arrest: Shane Plasse, 39, of 61 Morgan Street in Randolph was arrested for two counts larceny of over $1,200 for stealing Tiffany Silverware from a residence on Sunset Rock Road, Sunset Rock Road, 1:38 p.m.

Animal Complaint: Animal complaint about beavers, Bailey Road, 2:30 p.m.

Request Officer: A caller reports a woman is asking people to leave the cemetery so she can shower using the hose there. An officer reports, she's using the hose since the bathroom is closed and she has been moved along, Reservation Road, 3:45 p.m.
