Juan C. Poventud, 46, of 52 Everett St., Apt. #1, Lawrence, was arrested on a warrant on River Road at 2:24 p.m.

Amber L. Vargas, 23, of 10 Coolidge St., Lawrence, was arrested on a warrant on River Road at 8:39 p.m.

A resident reported items were stolen from their car on Jenkins Road.

Items were reported stolen from a car at Camp Site 86 on Jenkins Road.

A caller reported something flew off a truck and smashed their windshield on Shawsheen Road at 7:40 a.m.

Thursday, July 18

A car ran a red light on Haverhill Street at 1:33 p.m. and hit another car head-on. One person complained of leg pains.

A Domino's employee delivered food to a Longwood Drive home at 4:51 p.m., and reported two men took the food and ran off without paying. The worker said they appeared to be in their 20s. One was about 6 feet tall, the other about 5 feet, 7 inches tall.

A temporary water pipe burst resulted in leaking water at a Juliette Street home at 7:04 p.m.

A woman reported her car was vandalized on River Road.

Saturday, July 20

Andover Fire Rescue assisted with a grill fire on the deck of an Avon Street home at 3 p.m. The fire was about 10 feet from the house.

Sunday, July 21

A wire leading underground into the garage of a Nollet Drive home caught the mulch on fire at about 5:23 p.m. National Grid and the Fire Department assisted.

Diobelka A. Presinal, 40, of 75 Memorial Circle, Andover, was arrested on Memorial Circle at 8:16 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle after a revoked registration, and an uninsured motor vehicle.
