Disabled Motor Vehicle: A caller reported a disabled motor vehicle in a bad location, with MA plate number 1MEK63. The vehicle was moved to the side of the road and the motorist is calling AAA, North Street, 12:19 a.m.

Unwanted guest: Call from Courtyard Marriott would like a guest removed from the hotel. An officer reports that a woman left in a cab for a hotel in Methuen, Campanelli Road, 12:46 a.m.

Vandalism: An officer reports there was vandalism to the bridge with gang affiliated tagging, detectives are going to take photos, High Plain Road, 2:47 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: Report of people going through cars with flashlights in the back, left parking lot. Officers checked the area and found nothing, River Road, 9:33 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 26

Mischievous Activity: A caller reported that someone just came up and rang his door and just left. An officer checked the area and found nothing, Meadowbrook Drive, 4:17 a.m.

Crash: A caller reported a crash with no injuries, North Street, 7:49 a.m.

Crash: A caller reported a minor crash out front, no plates, North Main Street, 8:41 a.m.

Dog Complaint: A caller reports a loose dog in the park, Bartlet Street, 9:23 a.m.

Larceny: A caller who works for AZ Landscaping said that while he was working at a residence multiple items were stolen from his truck including a weed trimmer and his cell phone, Greenbrair Circle, 11:20 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 27

Domestic: A caller reports that she is being held against her will in a vehicle. An officer reports that a woman was transported back to Longwood, Pearson Street, 12:37 a.m.

Animal Complaint: Reports of a coyote coming close to people, Hickory Lane, 9:06 a.m.

Larceny: A caller reports a stolen basketball hoop, Rennie Drive, 9:47 a.m.

Arrest: Thomas Grant, 34, of Woburn was arrested on a foreign warrant after a woman claimed that he stole her vehicle. Grant was located by police behind the railroad station on Railroad Street, North Main Street, 11:29 a.m.

Friday, Aug. 28

Crash: A caller reports that his daughter hit the light pole at the entrance to the Brickstone lot from York Street, Brickstone Square, 10:17 a.m.

Neighbor Issue: A 911 caller states that his neighbor threatened his father with a baseball bat, Boston Road, 2:41 p.m.

Crash: Two car-crash, no injuries, pulled into a lot for paperwork, North Main Street, 4:24 p.m.

By-law Violation: A caller reported that a neighbor using a backhoe with a back-up alarm tried to hit him when he went over to see if he/she would stop for the evening. The building inspector issues a no work order today. He/she is to contact the building inspector’s office Monday, Worthen Place, 6:51 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 29

Crash: One person was transported to Lowell General Hospital after being entrapped in a vehicle following an accident, Union Street, 8:18 a.m.

General Service: A 911 caller reported that the traffic lights are out on River Road, River Road, 10:50 a.m.

Motor Vehicle Stop: A citation was issued for a child safety restraint violation, a written warning for speeding in the rain was also issued, North Main Street, 11:51 a.m.

By-law Violation: An employee of Fox Pest Control who was going door to door selling pest control services was told not to solicit in the area, Napier Road, 3:55 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 30

Domestic: A caller requested that her boyfriend leave. An officer reports that there was an argument between the couple, the boyfriend left and called and Uber, Shattuck Road, 4:45 a.m.

Suspicious Activity: A resident reports that a man she caught on her home security cameras appeared to be looking into her cars around 4:30 a.m. and when he noticed the camera he grabbed it and tossed it, Shattuck Road, 10:30 a.m.

Suspicious Activity: A caller reports that a man has been going door-to-door claiming to be with the census, but he as no ID, William Street, 7:52 p.m.
