Tuesday, Aug. 13
Crash: A car struck a utility pole on Ballardvale Road at 10:36 a.m. and left the scene. The pole was reported down, with wires in the road.
Arrest: Anthony Cruz-Garcia, 30, 322 Lowell St., Lawrence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, York Street, 3:29 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 16
Theft: A caller reported her phone was stolen when she was at Town Market on South Main Street at 1:21 p.m.
Arrest: Sara Lynn Lynch, 37, 477 South Main St., Andover, marked lanes violation, an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle, and a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, South Main Street, 4:49 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 17
Arrest: Christopher T. Hart, 38, 96 North Main St., Andover, operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence, North Main Street, 10:45 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 18
Crash: Narcan was administered to a man after he crashed into a utility pole on River Road at 5:49 p.m. A caller reported the driver seemed confused. Police said he was in and out of consciousness.
Dog complaint: A caller reported an American bulldog running loose on Gould Road at 8:08 p.m., saying the bulldog became aggressive toward her dog.
Theft: Money was reported stolen from three cars overnight on Ferndale Avenue.
