The following items were reported in Andover police logs from Monday, Jan. 20 to Sunday, Jan. 26:
Wednesday, Jan. 22 — Starting at 3:18 p.m., police made three arrests on Lowell Street. Arrested were: Larissa Lyman, 29, of 30 Lowell St., Wilmington, charged with possession of a class A drug; Ann Gerry, 25, of 36 Evergreen St., Stoneham, charged with possession of class A and B drugs; and Daniel McCarthy, 24, of 8 Brand Ave, Wilmington, charged with giving a false name during booking and possession of class A and B drugs.
Sunday, Jan. 26 — At 2:26 a.m., Eric Rist, 20, of 46 Kenneth Road, Scituate, was arrested on Foxhill Road and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. This arrest was conducted by Merrimack College police and processed by Andover police as a courtesy booking.
At 2:19 p.m., police made three arrests after a person at Andover High School on Shawsheen Road saw three people on the roof and called police. Arrested were: Ryan Kittredge, 26, of 61 Lane Road, Derry, N.H.; Alexander Cole, 24, of 43 River St., Andover; and Justin Melanson, 25, of 407 McDaniel Shore Drive, Barrington, N.H. All three men were charged with trespassing after accessing the roof via a ladder to see if they could find conditions suitable for snowboarding, according to Commander Charles Heseltine.
Thursday, Jan. 23 — At 12:46 p.m., a theft was reported on Nutmeg Lane.
Saturday, Jan. 25 — At 6:16 p.m., a caller from Lowell Street reported a “theft of two wallets and a video game” believed to have taken place at some point that morning.
Monday, Jan. 20 — At 8:25 p.m., police responded to Ridge Street after a resident called 911 to report “somebody was knocking on her door.” An officer at the scene reported back, saying everything was “all set; it was a neighbor.”
Thursday, Jan. 23 — At 7:36 p.m., police were called to Elm Street after a resident called about her neighbor, whom she said “enters her apartment and throws things around.”
Saturday, Jan. 25 — At 11:33 p.m., a Bulfinch Drive resident called 911 after “she found a crutch out in the snow and she moved it to the side of the door of her building, and now she has noticed that it has been thrown back out into the snow.” The caller was “concerned that somebody may need it.” An officer responding to the call “found the crutch and has placed (it) up to the building.”
Tuesday, Jan. 21 — At 2:15 p.m., a two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Central Street. Both cars were towed.
Wednesday, Jan. 22 — At 9:24 a.m., a two-car crash was reported on Dascomb Road. Injury was reported and one vehicle was towed from the scene.
Thursday, Jan. 23 — At 9:24 a.m., a two-car crash, with two tows and injury, was reported on North Street.
Friday, Jan. 24 — At 2:54 p.m., a two-car crash — one of the vehicles being a school van out of Lawrence — was reported on Beacon Street. The other vehicle involved in the crash was towed from the scene.
