A group of residents is trying to get the state to pay for a sound barrier for their neighborhood, which abuts Interstate 93 and Interstate 495. They claim the noise is deafening.

Do you think the state should pay for a noise barrier for these residents?

Yes. The noise is unbearable and needs to be stifled. 

No. Those folks knew when they moved in that it was going to be noisy. Why should taxpayers pay for their discomfort?
